September Wins Bring Morales-Pacquiao Re-Match
WED July 13 - Being reported by Dan Rafeal of ESPN.com, a major rematch between Erk Morales and Manny Pacquiao could be underway if the duo is victorious in seperate HBO televised bouts.
On September 10th from the Staples Center in Los Angeles, Morales, 48-2, will square off against 1996 U.S. Olympian Zahir Raheem, 27-1 and Pacquaio, 39-3-2, will battle veteran Hector Velazquez, 41-10-2.
With wins against their foes, a December 10th HBO PPV at the MGM Grand would take place, giving Pacquaio a chance to revenge his March 19th unanimous decision loss to Morales. All three judges scored the bout 115-113 in favor of Morales.
