Ringside Seats are Gone for Mayweather-Bruceles
1/19 - Ringside tickets are sold out and Shaq is coming to watch two-time world champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. take on Henry 'El Nitro' Bruseles on Saturday night at the American Airlines Arena in Miami.
An arena spokesman said today that all $350 ringside seats are sold out for the 'Showdown on the Bay' which features Mayweather in a 12-round bout live on HBO. Miami Heat superstar Shaquille O'Neal said today he and several of his Heat teammates plan to be at ringside fight night. Mayweather, arriving from Las Vegas, and Bruseles, from Caguas, Puerto Rico, arrived into Miami late Monday night.
Bruseles shook out Tuesday at a local gym called, The Fight Club.
Mayweather said he plans to 'keep sharp' in some early-evening workouts in Miami.
The two will be at the final press conference Thursday at Bongo's Cuban Cafe, 601 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, 11:30 am. Heavyweights Yanqui Diaz and Samuel Peter will arrive Wednesday night and will also be at the Thursday press brunch.
Diaz and Peter are boxing for the vacant USBA heavyweight title prior to the Mayweather vs. Bruseles eliminator.
